Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Occasionally, orders may be split if sourced from our fulfilment centre and studio. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout; we don’t profit from these charges.

We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or lost items, not for change of mind. Requests must be made within 14 days, with items unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within three business days, minus postage costs.
